Kangoo Jumps – This plyometric movement based workout involves basic movements allowing all fitness levels to reap its health benefits. Kangoo rebound boots are used, resulting in 80% less friction on your joints and burning 20% more calories!
Bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body.
Cardio/Strength – This conditioning class covers all the basics and allow you to work at your own pace.
